**Elite Placement Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team.**
This is a temporary to hire opportunity with a dynamic and innovative global lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage the procurement and processing of invoices through Concur.
- Create and design presentations and documents using Adobe Suite.
- Utilize Cvent for event management, including registration and attendee tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting for events and travel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Concur, and Cvent is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a 100% onsite position in beautiful offices located in El Segundo. The pay rate is $26 to $30 per hour, with excellent benefits once hired full time.
