Job Summary

As a seasoned Avionics and Harness Technician Senior, you will play a critical role in the success of our spacecraft missions. Your expertise in fabricating and terminating wiring harnesses will ensure the highest quality and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems
  • Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high standard
  • Explain assembly procedures to colleagues
  • Work under the direction of a team leader to complete projects
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve production issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a technician in aerospace or a related field
  • Certification to J-STD-001 space and NASA.STD.8739.4
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a clean room environment
  • Experience with hand tools, soldering, and crimping
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with MS Office software and IPC/WHMA-A-620
