Job Summary:The General Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the success of our Remedy Place property. This individual will oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional member experience, staff retention, and optimal profit. The General Manager will be an ambassador for Remedy Place, embodying our ethos and supporting staff, members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead critical aspects of a new region launch, developing an exemplary team.
- Oversee facility operations, maintaining an elite operational standard.
- Drive the culture within the facility, aligning with the Remedy Place way.
- Lead, oversee, coach, mentor, and develop all levels of employees.
- Drive strategic initiatives to maximize revenue, managing KPI goals and metrics.
- Own the Club's financial health, making impactful financial decisions for profitability and growth.
- Optimize the member experience, ensuring satisfaction.
- Cultivate a thriving community, fostering a meaningful culture aligned with Brand Pillars.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital team to develop strategic outreach initiatives.
- Pivot and troubleshoot problems with an intuitive and empathetic approach.
- Look for ways to improve cost-effectiveness.
- Build partnerships with aligned brands and networks to grow the Remedy Place impact.
- Brainstorm and investigate new revenue streams, products, services, and experiences.
- Work closely with PR, social media, marketing, and operational teams to ensure streamlined collaboration.
- Lead team development, including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- 4+ years of relevant hospitality management experience, leading teams with a strong work ethic and motivating staff.
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of luxury guest service standards.
- Previous experience leading or being part of a critical opening team in a new region.
- Ability to innovate and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Experience working in the health and/or wellness industry preferred.
- Ability to leverage a strong personal network of hospitality talent.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills and practices.
- Solution-oriented and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in managing P&L statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Proficient in leveraging technology solutions to streamline operations and drive business insights.
The General Manager must be able to:
- Walk/stand during work hours.
- Be on laptop/phone during work hours.
- Go up and down stairs.
- Lift at least 50 pounds.
- Bend, kneel, and squat.
The pay range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD per year (United States).
