Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests
- Perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC duties
- Assist with exterior/interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair, and pressure washing
Requirements:
- HVAC / EPA certification required
- CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) preferred
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
