Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and recording patient statistics
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
