Insight Global is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys and clients, handling confidential information, and performing various tasks related to legal cases and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain effective communication with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Perform documentation and data handling for legal cases and projects.
- Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities in the office, including electronic filing of confidential documents.
- Demonstrate key performance indicators and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervisory oversight.
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate (preferred).
- 2+ years of work experience as a Paralegal or Legal Executive.
- Experience working on legal cases, handling confidential information, and handling documentation.
- Experience with e-filing.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Microsoft Suite - Word, PPT, light Excel.
- Hourly Compensation: $24/hr - $29/hr.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
