Job Summary:
The Principal Product Consultant role is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of Fenergo's SaaS solution and its delivery methodology. As a leader in the Product Consultant practice, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of Product Consultants and promoting a high-performing culture within the practice.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer demonstrations on Fenergo's SaaS solution, showcasing its capabilities and benefits.
- Communicate effectively with clients, establishing a strong reputation as a confident product expert.
- Challenge clients on requirements, driving optimum solution design and alignment with configuration best practices and Fenergo product strategy.
- Analyse and determine problems/opportunities and solution resolutions, foreseeing and escalating issues in a timely manner to ensure project success.
- Drive internal and external communications, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and acting as an escalation point for project issues.
- Support employee development by becoming an SME in multiple parts of the Fenergo SaaS Product, promoting clear and concise documentation for seamless transfer of projects amongst teams.
- Implement efficiencies and improvements that drive consistent, repeatable, successful delivery, providing support to pre-sales and sales as needed.
- Keep up to date with changes in product offering and content hub, supporting the Functional Delivery Org. in regional change management efforts and cascading global and regional organizational goals and initiatives to the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience implementing, consulting, or managing software projects and working on the vendor side.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills, with the ability to lead client engagements and lead a team.
- Education: Degree in Business/Technology or equivalent.
