Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Corporate Strategic Planning unit. This role is responsible for creating and monitoring metrics, developing, updating, and distributing reports, developing data visualizations, and providing meaningful insights through storytelling, while contributing to the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, review, and analyze business results and financial data, identify and escalate business problems, and suggest solutions to support the execution of the corporate strategy.
- Monitor the execution of the corporate-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Scan and analyze external trends and market information to gain intelligence on competitors' performance and actions to assess how they may affect our strategy.
- Prepare peer comparison analyses.
- Monitor key economic indicators and maintain management informed of the current Economic Landscape and outlook.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or business-related field from an accredited university or college. Relevant experience may replace this requirement if a bachelor's degree is in a different field. MBA in Finance, Management or Strategy is a plus.
Experience managing and analyzing financial information is required. Experience working with financial institutions is a plus. At least four years in related work experience is preferred.
Certifications:
CPA, CMA, and/or CMC a plus, not required.
