- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff and act as a liaison between sales departments, operational departments, and executive management.
- Proactively develop employees to achieve a high-performance level and manage costs and assets of the Distribution Center.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred).
- Computer literate and proficient with inventory catalogs and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- 5+ years of industry experience in the heavy-duty parts industry.
- 3+ years of experience in supervisory/management position.
- 3+ years of parts sales experience.
- Proven track record in operations and customer service.
