Job Summary:
A Coffee Shop Assistant is needed at Verdanza Hotel to assist in providing exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests. This includes greeting and seating guests, accepting payments, and making change. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also assist with preparing cashier reports and paying out servers' and service attendants' tips, if applicable. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
* Accept payments and make change for guests and fellow employees
* Assist with preparing cashier reports and paying out servers' and service attendants' tips, if applicable
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner
* Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and stand during entire shift
