Job Title: Entry-Level Mailroom Clerk

Los Angeles based Internet Brands is seeking a part-time Mailroom / Facilities Clerk to support a busy office with facilities and mailroom responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the mailroom's organization and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail, packages, and supplies.
  • Handle outgoing mail, packages, and other supplies.
  • Stock supplies and maintain re-orders.
  • Assist with meeting and office set-ups.
  • Process postage for outgoing mail.
  • Create shipping labels for domestic and international shipments.
  • Fulfill service tickets and pull files from storage.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of United States Postal Service rules and regulations, as well as standard shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a pleasant and upbeat disposition.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
