Trade Marketing Leader

As a Trade Marketing Manager with Clorox in Puerto Rico, you will be responsible for leading the local Trade Marketing Organization, including relationship-building with external Merchandiser Teams. You will oversee the development of Decide/Sales Plans and AmpS Strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of categories, customers, shoppers, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage insights from Sales Analysts to inform Sales Plans and adjust targets as needed.
- Oversee execution of Sales Plans through internal and external teams, ensuring timely deployment of sales tools and plans.
- Partner with Sales Manager to ensure target compliance and drive long-term category development plans.
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotions, Planning & Activations, Category or Brand Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferred concentration in Marketing or equivalent working experience.
- Proven track record of effective planning, leadership, and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience).
