• Draft legal documents and negotiate agreements.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex legal questions.
• Analyze regulations related to consumer financial protection.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution as in-house counsel or law firm focused on corporate law.
• Admitted to practice law and licensed as a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

• Strong writing skills for legal documents.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different business teams.
• Self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
