Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Buscojobs Puerto Rico. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use UX research practices to analyze and understand customer needs and map them to best practices towards engaging and immersive digital design and experiences.

- Follow a human-centered design approach to developing UX, mockups, wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Develop and design graphical elements, style guides and data visualization.

- Understand product development lifecycle to efficiently collaborate with Product and Development teams.

- Support development team hands on to ensure development quality.

- Collaborate with UX Principals and other designers in building a culture of user experience design practices for Buscojobs Puerto Rico.

- Practice a continuous learning approach to understand available technologies, user interactions and other industry trends and best practices.

- Effectively communicate design choices and direction to multiple stakeholders by incorporating and articulating design principles which balance the customers needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in UX/Visual Design discipline in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Sciences, Web Development, or related field.

- A combination of 6+ years of user design experience, preferably for a highly trafficked consumer facing digital product such as mobile and web applications.

- Portfolio highlighting user experience and visual design work with a deep understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, and colors.
