About the Opportunity
Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, working closely with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients with disabilities, injuries, or disease
• Develop and implement treatment plans, utilizing a range of manual therapy techniques and modalities
• Provide education and consulting services to patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Dakota
• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Valid North Dakota driver's license
