Fulfillment Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at Aeg. As a key member of our ticketing and shipping operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless event experiences for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute physical and electronic ticket orders efficiently and accurately.
  
• Collaborate with key customers to address shipping needs and issues in a timely manner.
  
• Manage customer ticket inventory and perform various tasks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  
• Build strong relationships with our customer base and provide exceptional customer service.
  
• Organize and maintain our fulfillment space to ensure a productive work environment.
  
• Maintain relationships with shipping providers and negotiate rates to optimize our operations.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  
• 0-1 year of related work experience, with a background in box office or ticketing operations.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience with software applications, such as Outlook and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  
• High level of integrity and ethics, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
