- Open and close work areas and buildings according to protocol.
- Audit work area drops zones to ensure accurate product handling.
- Survey assigned work areas daily to identify and correct issues.
- Ensure work area SOPs and responsibilities are properly addressed.
- Verify punches, approve overtime, and record leave via daily/weekly inputs.
- Assist with hiring, reprimanding, and discharging direct reports under management supervision.
- Author and submit injury, disciplinary, and other assigned forms in a timely manner.
- Train, develop, lead, counsel, delegate, and performance coach direct reports to meet nightly objectives.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
The Warehouse Supervisor operates in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and climbing, with frequent lifting, stacking, moving, and rotating items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Supervisor leadership experience in a warehouse capacity.
- Ability to be active and on feet for an entire shift.
