**Job Description**

The Community Work Incentives Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and evaluating CWIPA, a project aimed at providing benefits planning, assistance, and outreach services to beneficiaries with disabilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, develop excellent interpersonal relationships, and demonstrate their expertise in community development.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and evaluating all aspects of CWIPA
  • Providing benefits planning, assistance, and outreach services to beneficiaries with disabilities
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Traveling across Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix)

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related area
  • Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience working with people with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
