About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Engineer to help support our employees. The ideal candidate will have helpdesk experience working in a medium-sized company and will have the opportunity to lead and run initiatives under the guidance and support of the Helpdesk Manager and the IT Operations Team.



Responsibilities



  • User lifecycle management through Active Directory and SSO platforms
  • Collaborate on handling help desk support issues and projects
  • Configuring corporate workstations for new hires, staff upgrades
  • Assist local and remote staff on hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Assist in the upkeep of office meeting room technologies (AV)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and ongoing tasks within the company's ticketing system

  • Interested in driving automation and taking ownership over SaaS tooling

Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in Help Desk or above roles
  • Experience working in a ticketing system (such as Jira)
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, covering networks, servers, storage, and cloud tech
  • Experience with Windows MDM such as Desktop Central (Manage Engine) or Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with a wide range of SaaS products (Google Suite, Slack, Zapier, Jira, Confluence, etc)
  • Foundational industry certifications, such as A+, CCNA, and Security+
