**Job Summary:** Fisher College seeks an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Vice President of Finance and Administration.


**Reporting Structure:** This position will report to the President of the College.


**Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide financial leadership and strategic direction to the finance and administration departments.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Develop and monitor the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and investment managers.
  • Supervise and lead administrative functions, including finance, financial aid, bursar, human resources, facilities management, and information technology.
  • Implement policies and practices to optimize operational efficiency across all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and administration.
  • Promote a safe, sustainable, and inclusive campus environment.
  • Collaborate with the college president and other executives to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Engage with academic and administrative departments to ensure financial and operational goals support institutional objectives.

**Qualifications:** Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred). Extensive experience (8-10 years) in finance and administration, preferably within higher education.
