Job Title: Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing to join our team at H.W. Kaufman Group. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Triggered Sends.
  • Build data extensions based on segmentation criteria and implement dynamic content and personalization elements within email templates.
  • Conduct thorough testing of campaigns, including email rendering, dynamic content, personalization, and automation workflows.
  • Configure, customize, test, launch, and maintain existing and future use cases across website and email platforms using Salesforce MC Personalization.
  • Manage URL tracking protocols across various marketing platforms and extract and compile data from multiple marketing systems to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in analysis of data to assess effectiveness of campaigns and provide detailed reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience within technical development of campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools, including expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
  • Journey builder and automation experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data extraction and compilation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
