About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant to join our Treasury organization. In this role, you will work closely with our Capital Management Team to develop and implement capital management initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement capital management initiatives that improve quality and efficiency
- Develop and maintain financial models and analytics to support capital planning and decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate capital spend opportunities
- Participate in industry-wide advocacy efforts on regulatory changes and capital-efficient structures
- BS in accounting, finance, business, actuarial science, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance roles, including capital management, planning & analysis, enterprise risk management, etc.
- Knowledge of statutory, rating agency, and economic capital frameworks
- Experience working in a Finance transformational setting; driving change and managing competing priorities
