Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at The Woodlands at Canterfield.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities and medication reminders
Observe and report any physical or cognitive changes in residents
Engage residents in leisure activities and provide companionship
Support dining services and general housekeeping
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
Ability to show compassion and empathy toward residents
