We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team of coffee enthusiasts at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for curating memorable experiences for our guests and the CBTL team daily.

• Be a coffee & tea expert, bringing passion and knowledge to the team and guests.
• Generate new guests and create a loyal customer base.
• Care about safety, maintaining a healthy and safe store environment.
• Contribute to store profitability by tracking sales and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Be creative with visual merchandising and product placement.
• Be an advocate for the store, building a strong presence in the local community.
• Be a mentor, sharing knowledge and embodying CBTL guiding principles.
