We are seeking a highly skilled International Lead Coordinator to join our team. As an Inbound Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the website chat function, responding to visitor inquiries in real-time, and qualifying leads through phone, email, and texting.

1. Lead Management: Manage the website chat function, responding to visitor inquiries in real time. Rapidly contact new leads from web form submissions within minutes of receipt.
2. Sales Process Support: Determine whether leads should be managed as retail opportunities or referred to the dealer network. Utilize internal systems to locate suitable dealers and ensure successful handoffs, following up when necessary.
3. Collaboration and Additional Duties: Assist the project management team by identifying and vetting potential installers. Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system, tracking all progress and outcomes.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and minimal accent.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in phone, email, and texting for professional communication.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
