About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to assist with the intake process for our home care services. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for educating clients about our services, conducting assessments, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth intake process
• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility
• Provide education and support to clients about our services
• Maintain accurate records of client information and interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home care intake coordination or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
