Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team at GPAC. As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, reviewing estimates, and creating proposals for a variety of commercial roofs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings with clients and management to obtain up-to-date labor figures.
  • Review and analyze estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create proposals with detailed scopes of work for commercial roofing projects.
  • Coordinate turnovers to the operations department and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain experience with commercial roofing materials, techniques, and Edge software.

Requirements

  • 5 years of estimating experience within the roofing industry.
  • Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques.
  • Edge software experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team of estimators and work collaboratively with colleagues.
