Agile Transformation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team as an Agile Transformation Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and sustaining agile methodologies across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and sustainment of agile methodologies across multiple projects.
• Coach cross-functional teams to function in a collaborative environment, adopting dynamic and shared roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and analyze technical and non-technical impediments, working proactively to resolve them.
• Track and share Scrum iteration status through key indicators such as release burn down, sprint burn down, product health, interrupts, and cumulative flow.
• Remove or escalate impediments to enable agile teams to operate in a self-managing environment that embraces Scrum practices and principles.
• Guide scrum teams on capacity planning, velocity tracking, story sizing, burn down monitoring, and continuous improvement practices in fast-paced environments.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to resolve dependency conflicts and drive business outcomes.
• Promote the adoption and application of agile values, principles, and practices throughout the organization.
• Utilize OKRs and metrics to track progress toward sprint commitments and program-level objectives, identifying and mitigating risks to team delivery and product quality.
• Facilitate scrum meetings, including planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives.
• Support product owners in managing the team backlog, defining MVPs, and guiding teams toward healthy dynamics with respect to priorities and scope.
• Drive continuous delivery, incorporating technical practices that support continuous integration, continuous deployment, and on-demand releases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SDLC using agile methodology across multiple projects.
• Experience with implementing agile methods, understanding of Scrum, and ability to make data-driven decisions for measuring and managing delivery.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in demanding results-oriented environments with high expectations of on-time delivery.
• Alignment of team efficiency and continuous improvement metrics to organizational goals and objectives.
• Familiarity with Scrum-of-Scrum practices and previous experience as a Scrum Master for 3 or more software development and/or Data teams or at least 1 year of Scrum Management practice.

Education and Certifications:

• BA or MS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile team lead certification.
