At Grand Court Of Mesa Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to provide exceptional support to our residents and staff. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing assistance to residents.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Practices good safety awareness and follows safety procedures.
  • Able to be self-supervising and self-motivating.
  • Demonstrates a positive, courteous and respectful attitude to residents, families, staff and visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in building maintenance.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electricity, and mechanics.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
