Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Baltimore Southwest Senior Living office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans in accordance with client needs
• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client conditions
• Monitor client progress and report changes to clinical team
• Document client care and services provided

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
