Job Description

The Frontline Support Specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide them with information in response to their inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. They will research and resolve customer-related problems in an accurate and prompt manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves and guides external and internal clients who visit the company's facilities or communicate by telephone
  • Analyzes and updates information in the system related to customer accounts to process cancellations, transfers, unit registrations, or address service situations as presented
  • Responsible for validating and offering cancellation balances, including balance letters to clients
  • Ensures that customer addresses and information registered in the system are correct and up-to-date

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 24 credits approved from a University or Accredited Institution or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration or related fields
  • Two years of experience in customer service or related
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and the general public
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks, under pressure, and with deadlines
