The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to making a positive impact. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an organization focused on improving lives and strengthening communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities in their homes
- Implement behavior plans with guidance from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide parent training and receive ongoing support for professional growth
Requirements:
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Desire to work with young children with autism
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in babysitting, childcare, elementary education, teaching, or related fields (a plus)
