As a Dietary Aide at Acadia Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and delivery services in our facility. This part-time position requires 24 hours of work per week, with some weekend and holiday hours. The potential for a full-time position in the future is also available. Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine tasks related to kitchen and dining area sanitation and cleanliness.
- Prepare and serve food according to standardized recipes and approved menus.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Utilize proper food handling techniques and service methods to maintain quality.
- Understand and apply sanitation procedures to provide a safe and healthy environment.
- Adhere to menu compliance and report any dietary non-compliance or concerns to the dietician or supervisor.
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and SafeServ Certification or a similar food safety certification is also required. You must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. CPR and De-Escalation training will be provided during orientation.
