Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that we deliver a quality product and exceptional guest experience. You will be empowered to make decisions and take initiative to complete and delegate store tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest services
  • Deliver quality products in a timely fashion
  • Practice strong communication skills to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Manage all monetary exchanges in the store
  • Perform duties assigned by management
Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to keep calm and effectively communicate during high-pressure and transaction-heavy time periods
  • Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
  • Open to constructive criticism and constantly striving to improve
  • Ability and willingness to perform light housekeeping duties and additional side work
  • Flexible schedule considered an asset
  • Can reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work in standing position for long periods of time
