**Job Description**

The Business Systems Liaison will be responsible for administering the CACS application, including managing data, ensuring system functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

- Administering the CACS application involves managing data, ensuring system functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Manage various tasks related to the CACS application without assistance from TMD or Evertec, such as handling new requests, analyzing data, and maintaining security and compliance.

- Maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, process flows, contingency plans, and test scripts.

- Analyze and resolve incidents, document solutions, and refer issues to the appropriate units or external providers.

- Ensure system controls are implemented correctly, analyze data for system functionality, and authorize daily processes like letter dispatches.

- Coordinate and implement new requests and updates related to corporate projects, ensuring thorough documentation and testing.

- Manage technology projects to improve services and metrics, analyze requirements, and collaborate with TMD for application upgrades.

- Develop reports and dashboards as per the requirements of the Individual Lending Services Division, using tools like Power BI and Cognos.

- Administer web applications for Popular Bank, manage user access, validate documentation, and handle incidents.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas, or equivalent.

- Minimum of two years of experience in project management with technology, application administration, and/or related duties.

- Project management skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, SQL programming skills, Power BI knowledge, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines, adaptability, and availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
