Job Description
In this role, you will design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling. You will work with our team to create efficient and productive layouts, specifying procedures for tool and equipment fabrication, and adapting machine or equipment design to factory conditions. You will also be responsible for inspecting machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency and investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Create efficient and productive layouts, specifying procedures for tool and equipment fabrication.
  • Adapt machine or equipment design to factory conditions.
  • Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency.
  • Investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • One (1) or (3) three years of relevant experience.
  • Lean six sigma yellow belt or green belt.
  • Process Validation and CSV Validation Knowledge.
  • Medical device industry experience.
  • Manufacturing support experience.
