Spectrum Field Services Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spectrum Field Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing services for our customers, providing world-class customer service, and educating customers on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and upgrade services for residential customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Educate customers on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with internal teams as needed
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical skills: problem-solving, computer and software application use, measurement, and hand tool use
  • Strong communication and professionalism skills
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and at heights
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
