Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Finish Blade Operator to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a Finish Blade Operator, you will be responsible for operating a motor grader to conduct finish grade work on new roads and highways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a motor grader to perform finish grade work, including bluetops and other close specification control.
• Perform maintenance work on the motor grader, including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments.
• Comply with all safety policies and practices, and report any unsafe activities to the supervisor and/or Human Resources.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Mathematical proficiency as it relates to basic geometry, algebra, and mathematics.
• Five or more years of heavy highway and civil construction experience as a Finish Blade Operator or Motor Grade Operator.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor exposure to changing weather conditions.
• Extreme cold and heat.
• Wet and/or humid conditions.
