  • Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Houston Methodist. This individual will be responsible for assessing patients and developing treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their level of function and determine the most effective treatment plan.
    • Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans to enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
    • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient education and treatment plans.
  • Requirements:
    • Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
    • State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certified Wound Care Therapist (CWCT) certification.
