Claims Clerk Role

Firma de Reclutamiento en PR is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Clerk to fill a temporary position. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, calendars, and customer service, including updating clients on claim status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and imaging software is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and provide skilled customer service is necessary.
  • Experience drafting letters, reports, and other documents, as well as handling phone calls and correspondence, is preferred.
  • General office tasks proficiency and willingness to work rotating schedules are also required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Office Systems is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and imaging software is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
