Responsibilities- Craft Memorable Drinks: Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and classics, following standard recipes and your creative inspirations.
- Engage with Guests: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized drink recommendations.
- Efficient Cash Handling: Accurately operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain proper cash drawer balances.
- Maintain Bar Standards: Keep the bar area immaculate and organized, including cleaning glassware, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Assist with Service: Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless food and beverage service, especially during peak hours.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, and other bar supplies; assist in ordering and restocking as needed.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest drink trends, seasonal ingredients, and menu changes to continually delight guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with all staff members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Experience: Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of spirits, wines, beers, and brewing techniques.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make guests feel welcome and valued.
