Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle and store food and equipment according to established sanitation policies and procedures.
• Deliver and retrieve food carts to and from the customer area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Set up trays for meals and work tray line positions, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Process soiled trays, dishes, and utensils, adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in the serving of food on the tray line, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Wash pots, pans, and other equipment, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
