Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1 year of HRIS experience, with Business Intelligence or HRIS querying/reporting experience preferred.
- 2 years of Human Resources experience, with experience working with healthcare regulatory bodies preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Salary: $55,000
