As a Sales Agent at Optum, you will have the opportunity to work in a customer-facing role, assisting people with their healthcare needs and connecting them with the resources they require.
Job Description:You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, identifying their needs, and using your knowledge of our product portfolio to recommend the most suitable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Medicare-eligible individuals telephonically
- Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance required
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to document required information
- Using knowledge of the product portfolio to accurately assess the distinct needs of different prospects
We prefer candidates who have:
- Health & Life Insurance License for Puerto Rico (Disability, Health Services, Life)
- US Insurance License
- 3+ months of sales experience
