Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Receptionist to join our growing team and help "Make Confidence Happen". As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit. You will be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, greeting walk-in customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and transfer customers promptly to the appropriate destination
  • Take messages from customers when the desired person is unavailable or at the customer's request
  • Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly, providing timely and friendly service
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Previous Receptionist experience, preferably in an automotive dealership environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including usage of Inventory Control software, Internet, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs
