The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Process Optimization Engineer who is passionate about improving processes and reducing costs. You should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. You should also be bilingual and have excellent organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting and investigation on unexpected issues.
  • Own equipment-related deviations, CAPAs, and changes.
  • Lead or participate in investigations and problem-solving activities such as root cause analysis.
  • Provide technical expertise for requirements, design, selection, installation, qualification, operation, maintenance, and reliability of process equipment.
