At Turner Construction, we're committed to building a better world. As an Electrical Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in leading our electrical systems team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and/or Turner trade labor with regard to electrical systems
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adherence to budget
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and trade labor
• Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers in connection with field issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or at least four years of formal engineering or architectural experience
• Minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, and cost control procedures
• Specific knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
