Sales Revenue Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Revenue Director to join our team at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve PR.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and occupancy rates across all hotels within the cluster.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market share and revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing occupancy rates, and improving profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
