We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to lead our Endoscopy and Operating Rooms teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy and Operating Rooms departments, ensuring 24/7 operational responsibility and directing clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Review and approve all new hires, establish and control standards for performance appraisals, and work with managers to identify staffing needs and provide for accordingly.
- Work with service line leaders and managers to establish departmental scope of service, goals, and strategic plan for the department.
- Monitor and direct all patient care activities, considering the diverse needs of each patient through the entire continuum of care.
- Promote physician input and communication, including medical staff in planning new or revised policies, procedures, and services.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
- Five (5) years of progressive clinical experience.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Professional Certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred.
