HSE Compliance Specialist

As an HSE Compliance Specialist, you will support the HSE Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining occupational health, safety, and sustainability policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs
• Conduct inspections and audits to detect hazards and risks
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify causes for corrective action
• Develop and maintain training programs for environmental, health, and safety related subjects
• Manage files and records as required by regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety preferred
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
